Event Details

MM/FF teams of 2 Beginner and Intermediate Levels. The beginner level is for those who don't normally rx every work out at their gym. Intermediate level is for those that Rx most work outs but might not have the top score at their gym every day. Register by January 3rd to get a T shirt.

Both divisions will have 5 short and fun back to back workouts, we will run heats though out the day. We should be able to accommodate if you need a morning or early afternoon start time. This is designed to be a fun but challenging competition for most any pair of athletes, we had a ton of fun last year!. Grab a partner, get signed up, and get ready for the Super Bowl Shootout 2 at CrossFit Cameron Park!




Event WODS

D Ball Clean & Assult Bike

8 Minutes to get as many reps as possible 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 etc. Reps of D Ball Over the shoulder and Assault Bike Calories 90/50 50/40

Partner Chipper

Intermediate 8 Min Amrap 100 Double Unders 50 Wall Balls 20/14 40 Toes 2 Bar 30 Partner Clapping Push Ups (hand release at the bottom high five your partner at the top) 20 Pull Ups Scaled 100 Single Unders 50 Wall Balls 18/10 40 Knees to waist 30 Partner Clapping Push Ups from feet or knees (hand release at the bottom high five your partner at the top) 20 Jumping Pull Ups

Barbell Wod

15 Hang Squat Cleans 15 Shoulder to overhead 15 burpees over the barbell As a team, one person working at a time. 115/75 95/65 -Athlete must squat below 90 and stand up fully at the top. -Athlete must lock out bar at the top and lock out knees, and hips -Intermediate must jump over the barbell with a 2 foot take off and landing on the burpees . Scaled can jump or step over.

Snatch Complex

Each athlete will find a max snatch and hang snatch. The bar can not be set down in between movements. A squat or power variation of the lift can be used.

Max Reps of each movement in 2 minutes Intermediate Wall Walks Ring Muscle Ups Handstand walks in sections Tire Flips with a jump in and out after each flip Scaled Wall Walks Burpee Jumping Bar Muscle Ups Bear Crawls in Sections Tire Flips with a jump in and out after each flip
